How do I log on to my Filthy Sentiments account?

Filthy Sentiments rebranded to Silly Sentiments, all you need to do is click forgot my password in the Sign In page and choose a new password, you can if you like use the same password you used before

How do I customise my card?

Simply click on the card you like, the next screen will give you the available customisation options. Click refresh preview to see how your design looks, you can choose to add text inside the card or leave it blank.

Can I add a photo to my card?

This is only possible on our range of photo cards, any card with a holding photo are available to add your own image.

When will my non personalised order arrive?

If your item is on personalised we will aim to ship your order within 1 working day. When it arrives will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Can I send a card/gift direct to my friends or family?

Of course! To send to someone else enter their details in the section 'Where should we send your order to?'

I've made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

If you notice an error please let us know as soon as you can by emailing hello@sillysentiments.com (use your order number in the subject field) or calling us on 01773719492. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Do you sell to the trade?

Yes, we have a dedicated trade department and ship globally. Our new trade website is under construction but we're still onboarding new customers through our current trade website here; www.filthysentimentstrade.co.uk
